Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeast, and aged in French oak barrels. A wonderfully elegant Chardonnay, with white flesh peach, lemon pith, nougat, and faint floral aromas. Bright fruit flavours with a smooth texture are delicately portrayed on the tongue, concluding crisp and lasting.
