Made in the traditional method champenoise, with equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, hand-harvested and pressed into French oak barrels. The still wine undergoes a second fermentation process producing that wonderful bubbly mouthfeel.
Layers of strawberry and red currant, with delicate hints of biscuit and hazelnut. Bubbly and fun, best enjoyed with friends and a chocolate fondue.
